Infrastructure
The group is spanned out in eight strategically located plants with extremely well planned layouts exceeding 35 acers. Well-equipped tool rooms and press shops consisting of hydraulic presses, CNC plasma cutting and multi-angle tube bending machines. State-of-the-art surface treatment processes consisting of 12 tank P.T. lines, short blasting and powder coating lines and 4 sets of customized paints shops and ovens. Complete in-house infrastructure to produce PU foam filled dash pads, seats buns and seat assemblies. All our Fiber Reinforced Parts/Glass Reinforced Parts (FRP/GRP) are made using RTM (Resin Transfer Machines) and hand lay-up process. Besides this, we make thermo-formed parts as well. We have in-house design capabilities that equal to some of the best the world over, with state-of-the-art software like CAD CAM, ProE, ANSIS and CATIA.
